How do I make an exchange or return within USA?

Please follow the steps above. For returns, you will receive a shipping label & a voucher in your email. Please feel free to use the voucher immediately if you wish to purchase something else. If you choose to not use the voucher, you will be issued a refund once we receive your return. For exchanges, you will receive a shipping label & your replacement order will be processed immediately. Check your email for an order confirmation.

What is HAH's return policy?

All SALE items are FINAL SALE

All swim bottoms must have hygiene strips intact in order to be eligible for return
Item(s) must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging with original tags still attached
Item(s) cannot have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way
We Are HAH reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own expense.


How do I make an International return?

HAH does not provide free international returns
Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method, at your own expense.. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.

Are there any other options for returning my order?

You may use your own shipping method to send the merchandise back to us. If you have your own account with UPS / FedEx / DHL / other carriers that have more affordable rates, or if you wish to send the package back via the US Postal Service, you may rightfully do so, which will then entitle you for a FULL REFUND within 30 DAYS.

Make sure that your package is insured, as HAH will not be liable if the item is lost, stolen, or for any other reason does not arrive at our office.

Please be reminded that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is sent to the correct address and is within the allotted time frame for returns.

How long do I have to make a return?

Item(s) must be received at HAH within 30 days from the date you received your order for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Allow 7-10 days from the day we receive your package for us to complete your refund.

I did not purchase this product at wearehah.com. Can I still return it?

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly through our website. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to that respective retailer.

I received my We Are HAH merchandise as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit, as long as it was purchased from our website.

What if I refuse delivery?

If you refuse any delivery from USPS or FEDEX, whichever carrier will return the package to our warehouse. From there we will refund you for the merchandise.
