When will I receive my order?

Our shipping carriers contintue to experiences challenges in certain parts of the country due to COVID-19. You may experience a delay in receiving your order which unfortunately is out of our control.

  • Processing times for orders is between 3-5 business days Monday-Friday
  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturday & Sunday
  • Once your order is processed our shipping carrier takes hold of your package & delivers according to the shipping speed you chose at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have lost that email, you can track it through our chat! Just know your order number & email associated with the order.

My tracking hasn't updated in a couple days what is going on?

We are only able to see what you see when tracking the package. Unfortunately, our carriers can be slightly off on tracking. Please wait a couple days & it should update.

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Once your package leaves our warehouse it is up to our carriers to deliver your package on time & correctly. We suggest waiting 3 days from the delivery date to reach out to us. In the meantime, please check with neighbors/roommates/friends/family to see if they have seen the package. All lost packages are handled on a case by case basis.

Are International Duties & Taxes Included?

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties & taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination & the value of your purchase, & are added to your order total in the tax section of your shopping cart. Duties & taxes are nonrefundable.

Is shipping refundable?

No, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

How can I update my order?

At this time, we are unable to to modify any orders. Please reach out to our customer service representative for assistance.

What if I refuse delivery?

If you refuse any delivery from USPS or FEDEX, whichever carrier will return the package to our warehouse. From there we will refund you for the merchandise.
