I really enjoyed the whole process of ordering one of these boxes! The anticipation was super fun, and almost every item not only fit well but is very cute and flattering. I did have an issue where I selected small size tops and received a size large bra—after chatting with customer service, they chose this due to my selected cup size. It was way too big, but they were able to make a small exception and switch it out for the smaller one. So, awesome customer service, and next time I know to be proactive and communicate certain preferences directly…and that next time might be today. :)

everything I received was SPOT ON... I loved each piece that was put into my Lingerie Box. So happy I trusted HAH with this.
I purchased the trust us getaway box for my upcoming honeymoon and my oh my. Everything fit me perfectly and I got things I may have not necessarily purchased, but loved more than expected (and so did my man). He enjoyed watching me try all of my new goodies on and i got a lot of positive feedback lol. The dress I received made the purchase alone so very worth it. This will not be my last trust us box.
